Amy is one multi faceted and multi talented individual. She wears many hats, but at heart she is an Instructor and Light Worker. I have had the privilege of working alongside her for many years, she gives so much to so many, with an endless supply of energy and a ‘can do’ attitude. A Reiki Master, Yoga Instructor, Inner Child & Past Life Regression Guide, Amy is passionate about sharing her wisdom and expertise in holistic healing.

Amy dialing in - happy to be here!  I live in Chicago with my two sons, my two cats and love movement and the outdoors - all year round. I also love cookie dough! For years, music + movement + meditation = magic has been my mantra, particularly in my work as a fitness and yoga instructor, which i have been immersed in for the past 15 years. I’m excited to share this powerful combination with the MindstrongWellbeing community, as well as a variety of powerful healing modalities that have truly helped me, from reiki to inner child and past life regression work and more.
