Join us at 'We The People' for an immersive 90-minute Somatic Breathwork experience — an opportunity to breathe deeply, release what no longer serves you, and reconnect body, mind, and spirit.
This is more than just a class - it’s a journey inward. Rooted in somatic practice, this experience supports emotional release, nervous system regulation, and personal insight. Whether you're processing stress, seeking clarity, or simply needing a reset….this is your space to land.

What to Expect
Class Intro: We’ll kick things off with an overview of the session, what to expect and the breathing techniques we’ll be using. Remember, each journey is unique because you show up differently each time.
Mindful Meditation: A short, intentional practice to help center and ground.
Intention Setting: What are you ready to release, explore, or embrace?
Mindful Somatic Movement: Just as we warm up when exercising, it's important to do that before breathing big.
Breathwork Practice: A guided breathwork session designed to help you release, explore, call in and recharge.
Connection & Reflection: Time to process, connect, and share - completely optional and pressure-free.
This is a full-spectrum energetic reset — designed to support your physical, mental, emotional & spiritual well-being.
What to Bring
- Comfortable clothes to move and breathe freely.
- Bring a blanket - You may get hot, cold or anywhere in between.
- A water bottle, we have the water - to stay hydrated.
- A journal (optional)
- An open mind and heart — we will handle the rest
Pro Tips for Your Journey:
- Eat a light meal a couple of hours before – nothing too heavy.
- Be mindful of drinking too much (or any) coffee within four - five hours before the session.
- Arrive early to settle in and center yourself. Chicago traffic is 'a thing' these days.
- Approach the session with an open heart and mind
