1. Introduction

Welcome to Mindstrongwellbeing. These terms and conditions govern the use of our services & programs, and by purchasing, you accept these terms in full.

2. Payment Terms

Individual sessions - will be invoiced, payment to be made within 7 days of the service. Payments can be made through our online payment system or via direct bank transfer.

Programs - Payment, either in full or the first installment to be made before the program begins. 2nd & 3rd payment for The Journey is due 30 days and 60 days after the first payment.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule a session, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session will not be refunded. However, we do understand emergencies happen, just let us know and we can help reschedule.

4. Confidentiality

Confidentiality is paramount in our coaching relationship. All information shared during our sessions will be kept confidential unless required by law or if the information presents a serious threat to your or others' well-being.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our services are intended to provide guidance and support to enhance your wellbeing. While we commit to providing the best possible service, decisions made and actions taken based on coaching sessions are the sole responsibility of the client. We do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from our coaching services or programs.

6. Intellectual Property

Materials provided during coaching sessions are proprietary and may not be distributed, copied, or shared without explicit written permission from MindstrongWellbeing.

The Journey: 3-Time Payment

Congratulations, you are one step closer in committing to your personal development. This is exciting and for most, the biggest hurdle. This is about committing to your future, while being in the present.

Have we had a clarity call?
The clarity call is the first step in The Journey, this is a zero pressure, zero cost call. If we haven't had a clarity call, let's do that. The Journey is a 12 week commitment and it’s important that it feels right for you, it also gives us an opportunity to build out a program and resources to meet your journey.

You have selected the three payment option. First payment is due upon purchase and the second and third payment will automatically come out in reoccurring months(30 & 60 days).
