1. Introduction

Welcome to Mindstrongwellbeing. These terms and conditions govern the use of our services & programs, and by purchasing, you accept these terms in full. 

2. Payment Terms

Individual sessions -  will be invoiced, payment to be made within 7 days of the service. Payments can be made through our online payment system or via direct bank transfer.

Programs - Payment, either in full or the first installment to be made before the program begins. 2nd and final payment for Elevate your Energy is due in Week four.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule a session, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session will not be refunded. However, we do understand emergencies happen, just let us know and we can help reschedule.

4. Confidentiality

Confidentiality is paramount in our coaching relationship. All information shared during our sessions will be kept confidential unless required by law or if the information presents a serious threat to your or others' well-being.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our services are intended to provide guidance and support to enhance your wellbeing. While we commit to providing the best possible service, decisions made and actions taken based on coaching sessions are the sole responsibility of the client. We do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from our coaching services or programs. Intellectual Property

Materials provided during coaching sessions are proprietary and may not be distributed, copied, or shared without explicit written permission from MindstrongWellbeing.

Congratulations! You’re are one step closer in committing to upgrading your health & wellbeing and as a result elevating your energy. This is exciting and often the biggest hurdle, so well done. We are looking forward to partnering & guiding you on this exploration.

You are selecting the two payment option. First payment is due before the first session and the second payment will automatically be deducted in 30 days.

  • Schedule your 75min Discovery Call. This will be a video call over zoom. 
  • Set up your Mindstrongwellbeing account & profile on our website, this is where we will house all of our documents and resources.  
  • Access your coaching agreement 
  • Access the questionnaires and pre-work for our Discovery Call.
